DURAClone IF Monocyte Activation

Monocyte activation leads to the differentiation of monocytes to macrophages or myeloid dendritic cells and an increase in their ability to phagocytose, present antigen and release pro-inflammatory cytokines. The DURAClone IF Monocyte panel assesses the inflammatory monocyte response indicating innate immune competence. It utilizes dry reagent technology that confers workflow improvements.

  • Pre-formulated antibody panel in a unitized assay eliminating antibody cocktailing
  • 25 tests per kit including 3 compensation kits with lot matched tandem dyes
