DURAClone IM Granulocytes

Findings suggest that granulocytes, besides providing anti-microbial host defense, may play an important immune-modulatory role. The DURAClone IM Granulocytes panel classifies major granulocyte subpopulations including assessment of maturation- or activation-dependent CD11b, CD16, CD62L and PD-L1 (CD274) co-expression. It utilizes dry reagent technology that confers workflow improvements.

  • Panel of 12 markers in fluorochrome combinations that provide robust population identification, including CD11b, CD15, CD16, CD33, CD45, CD62L, CD274, CD294, and lineage exclusion markers CD3, CD14, CD19, CD56 (referred to as LIN)
  • Pre-formulated antibody panel in a unitized assay eliminating antibody cocktailing
  • 25 tests per kit including 3 compensation kits with lot matched tandem dyes
