How do I register?

Simply fill out the Create an Account form here or wherever prompted. If your organization currently purchases from Beckman Coulter Life Sciences or has in the past, be sure to link to your organization's account directly on the registration form. You'll need a Customer Number, Bill-To Number, and Ship-To Number to do so (all account-related numbers can be found on any past invoices or acknowledgements).


How do I link my online account to my company's existing Beckman Coulter Life Sciences customer account (i.e. enable contract pricing on site, leverage existing payment terms, etc)?

If you're creating a new Beckman.com account, simply check the box next to "Link to an existing organizational account (enables contract pricing on Beckman.com)." You'll then be prompted to enter your organization's Customer Number, Bill-To Number, and Ship-To Number (all account-related numbers can be found on any past invoices or acknowledgements).

How do I become approved to purchase online?

Regardless of whether or not you are a first time buyer or an existing customer of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, you are free and encouraged to purchase online! All you need to do is create a Beckman.com account and checkout online to initiate the process. If your organization currently purchases from Beckman Coulter Life Sciences or has in the past, please be sure to link to your organization's account directly on the registration form where prompted.

Upon submission of your first order, our Client Services team will conduct a behind-the-scenes process that we refer to as "account validation" prior to the shipment of your order. This one-time on-boarding process typically adds an additional 2-3 days to the shipment time for your initial order and, once complete, will result in the assignment of a customer number, bill-to, and ship-to number for your account. These numbers are referred to as your account "trifecta" and can be referenced for future orders or to link colleagues accounts to your own if you wish to have more than one purchaser for your organization.

When checking out online via purchase order, please note that established payment terms will be required prior to the shipment of your order. If you have linked to your organization's account and your organization has existing payment terms, no additional steps will be required. If you are a new customer or have not yet established payment terms, please note that a member of our Accounts Receivables team will contact you to complete a one-time, account-level credit application for your organization prior to the shipment of your order.


What is the validation process? How can I get my account validated for eCommerce?

Account validation is a one-time, on-boarding process in which our team will review your information and assign a Customer Number, Bill-To Number, and Ship-To Number (otherwise known as a "trifecta") to your account, and/or link your online account to your organization's if you have chosen to do so.

All you need to do to initiate the validation process is submit your first order online.


What is a trifecta?

A "trifecta" is simply the combination of your Account Number, Bill-To Number, and Ship-To Number.


How do I checkout online via purchase order?

To check out online via purchase order, simply select the "Purchase Order" tab in the shopping cart and input your information as instructed.

When checking out online via purchase order, please note that established payment terms will be required prior to the shipment of your order. If you have linked to your organization's account and your organization has existing payment terms, no additional steps will be required. If you are a new customer or have not yet established payment terms, please note that a member of our Accounts Receivables team will contact you to complete a one-time, account-level credit application for your organization prior to the shipment of your order.


Can I cancel an order I placed online?

If any products you order are placed on backorder or there is a change to your order prior to its fulfillment, please contact our Client Services team. If you’ve received the incorrect product in your order, please also contact our Client Services team.
